Delivery of Goods
The goods normally shall be delivered to the address specified by buyer or the seller can deliver the goods to third persons at the address, in 30 days, which depends on the distance. “The buyer” keeps the right to change their specified delivery address for any reasonable ground or grounds and the “the seller” shall be responsible to deliver the goods at the new address. The transportation cost for “delivery address” (which was referred in “Product Information”) will be paid by the “buyer”.
Right of Withdrawal
The “Consumers” have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the “consumers” acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the “consumers” acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the “consumer” must inform the “seller” of buyer’s decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The consumer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. In that period, seller shall keep the product safe as they got it from the cargo company without any loss. The consumers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
According to the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts, the distant sale contract cannot be concluded, unless the consumer signs the document. The document, which consists of only this one (1) page, is issued by the SELLER on [SalesDate].
