All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Please check the product during cargo delivery in order to guarantee warranty conditions. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes to the product, deforming of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
If the product you purchased through our site is faulty, you must contact us from our online support section within 7 days at the latest from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product you send us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error is caused by customer use or if the product is used within 7 days, the product will not be returned and exchanged. As a product return and replacement conditions, applications are essential as per the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 4077.
